Do Wild Birds Get Overheated

Do you wonder how birds fly on a warm day? Do you get to question yourself what happens if the birds get too hot? Now if birds get too warm on a 80 degrees day they keep their beaks open like how a Dog pants with their mouth wide open. Now like animals like a cat, dog and all other wildlife do not sweat so they cool themselves down by panting. Now if baby birds are in the nest on a warm day they are too young to understand how to pant so unfortunately sometimes but not always the baby birds will overheat and die. But remember do not give the baby birds water as they can drown. So the mother will harvest wild berries and will eat the berries and spit it back up and that is how the baby birds get a drink.
